HAWKE SHOT SAVER - BORE SIGHTING KIT

The Hawke Shot Saver bore sighting kit can be used to sight-in any brand rifle scope, new or used.

Use the Shot Saver to set up your new scope prior to a range sight-in or use it to re-check your zero from time to time. The Shot Saver also helps to align the scope to the approximate zero when scopes are removed and replaced during cleaning and maintenance.

Simply attach the Shot Saver to the correct Bore Stud and insert into the barrel of your rifle. Then sight through your riflescope and line up the rifle scope’s reticle with the recorded mark on the Shot Saver grid pattern. Each grid square is equal to 4" at 100yds.

The kit comes with the following bore stud sizes: .177 caliber, .22 caliber, 6MM, .25 caliber, 6.5 MM, .27 caliber, 7MM, .30 caliber, .32 caliber, .338 caliber, .35 caliber, .375 caliber, .44 caliber, .45 caliber.

NOTE: A bore sighting kit does not completely and accurately “zero” your rifle. What it does is correct your scope to barrel alignment enough to put your first shot on the target at 100-yards. Then, the shooter can fire 3-round groups and adjust the rifle scope’s windage and elevation turrets until the bullet’s point of impact is satisfactory.
