The DeerPASS shotgun scope was specifically designed for American deer hunting when using shotgun slugs.

Special care was taken to ensure that the multiple range finding system would function quickly, accurately and give hunters a precision aiming tool for harvesting North American game.

Once setup, the DeerPASS MAP reticle allows quick and easy shooting. Simply bracket the Deer and use the aim point that the deer is bracketed between. Make that shot accurately in three easy steps. First, set your scope on 6X magnification to give the most accurate aim points (Using a Sabot slug with a speed of 1500 to 1600 FPS). Second, range your deer using any of the three measurements; chest to tail, nose to ear or white circle around the eye. Third, Shoot on the same hold-over aim point as the bracket originally used to range your deer.

What else is new? Well the new EV “Extreme View” optical systems are newly developed and yield an additional 20% field of view, over standard riflescopes.
